  • Credit or Debit Card
  • Direct Deposit transfer only

When do you charge my credit card?
Your credit card will be charged when you submit your order online (not when the goods are ready to ship)
Order Processing
How long will it take before my order ships?
How long does my order take from when I place it online to receiving the delivery?
  • Processing Time 1-2 Business Days - means that the item is in stock at Prology at that time, and only after the payment has been confirmed, could take up to 2 Business days to process for shipping or pickup
  • Processing Time within 24-48 Hrs - means that the item is currently in stock with our suppliers; and only after the payment has been confirmed, should take 24 to 48 hours (during business hours) to process for shipping or pickup
  • Processing Time within 1-3 days - means that the item is currently in stock with our suppliers; and only after the payment has been confirmed, should take 1 to 3 business days (or 24 to 72 hours) to process for shipping or pickup
Ordering
How can I cancel an order?
You may request a cancellation of your order, provided your order has not already been Approved and in the Processing status. To check your order status go to My Account -> My Order.
Note that all cancellations are processed at the discretion of Prology staff - this is not an automated process. Depending on the items ordered, cancellation is not a straightforward process and may result in a restocking fee if the order process has already commenced, as per our terms and conditions. Cancellation after dispatch of your order is not possible
Warranty & Returns
Can I change the shipping address on a pending warranty?
Yes, you can change the address as long as the replacement has not been dispatched, simply login to your account online, go to request to change shipping address
How do I receive my refund?
  • Any refund (due to cancellation/ modification of an order, warranty claim etc etc) will be given to the customer via the same payment method the customer used to make the original payment. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 business days to process
  • In some circumstances a consumer may only be entitled to a partial refund, for example, where the fault was not brought to the attention of the trader within a reasonable amount of time after the fault was discovered
  • If the consumer has already had a reasonable amount of use from the goods, there may only be a partial refund
Returning goods to Prology Australia
  • Please contact us to request/submit your Refund, Return, Warranty Request & Consumer
  • Please note if the product is deemed NO FAULT FOUND for any warranty claim or consumer guarantee claim, a service fee up to $50 with any additional shipping charges may be applied; and any inspection / rejection fees by the relevant authorized service center may also be applied. If a product is found to have been supplied to you in full compliance with the Australian Consumer Law, we may require you to pay Prology for any costs associated with returning the product to you
